Introduction to Volunteering

FOSDEM (Free and Open Source Developers’ European Meeting) is Europe’s largest free open source conference. Taking place annually in Brussels, it brings together 8000+ developers for 600+ talks across over 60 devrooms.

The two-day event is completely free and non-commercial - organized by the community, for the community. No registration required, just show up!

A volunteer is someone who will help out during the event, by signing up for and then performing the assigned task, while also lending a hand here and there whenever extra support is needed.

  • Free volunteer t-shirt (yours to keep!)
